For sure I would recommend the program to other women because I find it very very different than just reading information somewhere. The structure, the group, the step by step approach, make all the difference in my opinion. Several friends who didn’t know I was doing the program told me I looked more rested and energetic than usual! I knew it was possible to make a dramatic change when using lifestyle changes, I was already convinced it’s possible, but I doubted that I had enough self discipline. I really enjoyed diving into one topic everyday, making sure to act on the information, it made me feel in charge of the situation and active. I found that it was so clearly explained that I retained a lot of key information on every subject, and most importantly they really motivated me to act, not just read them. I learned a lot, I loved the way the information was clear and always interesting. I really appreciate the kindness of the team and the members. I also love the overall kindness and engaging tone of the articles and the Facebook group, this is much appreciated support. I have implemented most of the recommendations from the sleep solutions already. I see a tremendous result. I don’t have real insomnia anymore and am able to fall asleep relatively quickly. I see the most difference in the quality of my sleep, this has been my biggest achievement so far.
