Before I felt concerned that reversing PCOS was possible. Now I feel optimistic and hopeful! It struck me after reading through each section how all my symptoms make sense. You were able to give a good overview to a lifetime of symptoms in an organized way. Just knowing there are things I can do to address PCOS and gain my health. I really loved the microbiome and dysbiosis lessons! I think this is what makes your program unique—your emphasis on prebiotics and gut microbiome! I’m so glad that you included this especially since so many women are feeling the effects of antibiotics, and so much research is coming out on overall health and the importance of gut health. The food lessons were informative and the opposite of the advice I was told when I was diagnosed. The endo told me to eat every 2 hours and eat by the clock to make sure my blood sugar stays stable. What was presented was valuable information and I’m glad to have heard it. I wanted to share a small victory. I used to exercise every day but then got injured and developed a really severe case of plantar fasciitis. I struggled, tried every kind of suggestion/treatment, and at one point wondered if this was it and I wouldn't be able to walk again. Well, after a long struggle, I finally accomplished my first walk in a long time as part of this program! This program is a good introduction to the foundations of health and what we need to do to reestablish and/or create the right internal and external environment for health to thrive.
